This fall my mom visited my artwork, Entangled Bodies 3, at the Art Gallery of Alberta and sent me these beautiful photos. This is honestly one of my most beloved artworks I’ve made, it’s in the collection of the AGA and it meant so much to see it out of storage being shown again!
Haven’t logged in here forever. How are we feeling about bluesky these days? Is it sold out and evil yet? Is trying to be present here worthwhile?

That by itself should be an argument for not helping them train *anything*
I started writing something important to me tonight. Not really sure what it is, but I’ll share the end of it. Watching the tech industry do what it’s doing sickens me, and I want people to know why.

Tech/LLMs made it much worse very fast, but this did not start with ChatGPT.

This started with standardized testing. It started with high school budgets being slashed. It started with colleges turning into summer camps.
