Maldon salt is everything. I had to pack some up and bring it to Costa Rica for my partner. She is an amazing chef and baker. She got me into sourdough. There is nothing better than a freshly baked warm sourdough slice with kerrygold butter and maldon salt. 🤤

For a time today, it really looked like I was going to be FaceTiming my baby from Hobby for NYE and sleeping in the airport. But I’m finally in Costa Rica! I’m about to kiss the ground! Go figure 2025 had to absolutely suck in the final hours. Good riddance to this year!
Absolute anxiety whiplash the last three hours with over a dozen time changes, but I’m going to be ok to make it to the next gate and make the only flight out to SJO today! Such a RELIEF. 😭🙏
At MSY, my SW flight is delayed by flight control bc there’s too many planes in the air, they need extra time to get them landed.😣 If they delay my flight anymore, I’m going to get stuck for the night. I’m just trying to get to my baby in Costa Rica.😞 Pls throw some good vibes my way if ya got em.🙏

I currently have a domestic package that has fallen into the FedEx Memphis hub abyss on 12/24. Delivery was supposed to be 12/26. No word from the seller yet outside of 2 auto gen emails about continued delays. FedEx responded to my claim number I filed on 12/27 asking me to describe the package. 🫠
