Woke up after yet more weird dreams, Terry Hall was in this one, and now the song that was on repeat in my head all night, has gone…
Ooh and there was a magical object that could make letters of the alphabet disappear and subsequently change objects that had that letter in their name.
Yep, weird.

I have no intention of putting him in the machine, he however looks like he thinks that’s an option.

I am sick of the nonstop political content on here, so tonight's Low Quality Ad is for this "One Day We Will Wake Up To His Obituary" towel. It's a good apolitical towel that could be referring to anyone. We all didn't immediately think of one specific person when we saw this.

No I’m not too tired to socialise, I’m too tired to move off the sofa. These are two different things.

It’s amazing how just a couple of things out of kilter upsets me. So, imagine how I am with THREE things out of kilter.
Deep breaths, end in sight, light at the end of the tunnel etc etc etc.

An evening out with colleagues who came to say goodbye. Really nice. Bit tipsy, they bought me Prosecco.

I understand the logic of moving the plot of Frankenstein from 1818 to 1857, but it opens the enormous plothole that in a world where trains exist, Victor wouldn’t be obsessed with creating life, he’d be obsessed with trains

The finale of the great TV comedy show Blackadder goes Forth.
Back then I didn't expect one of the funniest programmes ever to end with a scene that makes me cry every time I see it.
Every single time.

She’s not wrong.

When we’re born, we have about 300 bones, but over time, we end up with just 206, because many fuse together as we grow.

And here’s a fun fact: Bone is a living tissue that constantly renews itself. Your skeleton is completely new about every 7-10 years.

Oh yeah, and here's a thing - the late Dave Myers, who was one of those Hairy Biker chaps on the tv - used to be a BBC make-up artist - and it was HIS idea to do that white stripe across Adam Ant's face.

So there you go - that's something you know now.
Adam Ant is now 71 years old.

Do with that what you will.

Was admiring one of those Christmas model villages watching the clockwork townsfolk going about their merry routines when my wife said to me 'What if people's souls are trapped in the figures and this is their hell?' which isn't something I've worried about before but is all I will worry about now.

My dad was a working class lad done good, he spoke in a middle-class accent but when telling us off as kids he'd turn Cockney, like his dad. To my horror I've realised I now do the exact same. Normally I sound like Tom Hollander but when telling my kids off I go full Winstone

This was meant to be a relaxing day, visiting some friends & having a catch up. En route I got stuck in stationary traffic as a car had caught on fire (found that out later). I sat for an hour. I’m a bit tired and a little aggravated, but mostly I thought, I hope they’re ok. Whoever they are
