At some point we have to stop pretending that Labour’s constant rightward drift is “grown-up politics” and call it out for what it is - governing by flinch.

Shabana Mahmood tells us that illegal migration is tearing the country apart. Her solution is to persecute to legal migrants. It isn’t illegal migration that’s tearing us apart, it’s xenophobia, racism, cruelty, & authoritarianism. Really hope the PLP finds its conscience ends this awful government.

There were 92,400 Lego cutlasses inside the shipping container that fell off the Tokio Express back in 1997. This one was found in August by Laura Dale on a beach near Newquay some 28 years after it plummeted into the ocean.
