This is unreal. An AUSA talking like that in open court is about as close as you can come to a total breakdown. Never heard of anything like it.

and moreso the insane part is Crockett and Allred pretty transparently trying to smear Talarico with it, to what end I'm not remotely sure, perhaps trying to garner sympathy from other black pols nationally?

if i was talking to a candidate and i found something they said somewhat offensive but mostly harmless, i would gently correct them and explain why that wasn't the right phrasing.
