- Working closely with our QA lead, design, tech, and production to understand project goals and build test plans collaboratively.
- Writing and iterating on test cases for a game actively in development, with a live player base.
- Paired testing with other members of the QA department, with a focus on networked multiplayer testing.

Requirements

- Due to our small team and a significant number of our employees being international, we require potential applicants to be able to speak English.
- Applicants in Canada will be given priority, however applicants outside of Canada are welcome to submit their application should we be unable to fill the role locally.

Preferred experience

- Experience with JIRA, Slack, Notion and Unity.
- Experience with network testing and working on Live Service titles.
- Having worked on released titles for Steam and Xbox.
- Experience with Xbox Cert for XBPC, Series XS and Xbox One.

Fonctions

- Collaborer étroitement avec notre responsable de l’assurance qualité ainsi que l’équipe de conception, l’équipe technique et l’équipe de production pour comprendre les objectifs du projet et élaborer les plans de mise à l’essai.
- Rédiger et exécuter des scénarios d’essai pour un jeu en cours de développement avec une base active de joueurs.
- Réaliser des essais en collaboration avec d’autres membres du service de l’assurance qualité, notamment des essais de jeux multijoueurs en réseau.

Exigences du poste

- Connaissance de l’anglais (nous formons une petite équipe dont bon nombre des membres se trouvent à l’étranger).
- Nous accorderons la priorité aux candidatures canadiennes. Cependant, les personnes qui résident ailleurs sont également invitées à soumettre la leur, au cas où nous n’arriverions pas à pourvoir le poste localement.

Atouts

- Connaissance de Jira, de Slack, de Notion et d’Unity.
- Expérience avec les essais en réseau et le développement de jeux-services.
- Expérience de travail sur des jeux publiés sur Steam et Xbox.
- Obtention passée de la certification Xbox pour PC, Xbox Série X|S et Xbox One.

Rémunération
- 90 069 $ CA/année (1 732 $/semaine)
- Télétravail uniquement (travail hybride ou au bureau à Montréal, si désiré)
- Semaine de quatre jours et horaire flexible
