Sarah Beckstrom's ex-boyfriend told NBC News she dreamed of becoming an FBI special agent.

She didn't want to deploy to D.C.

"She hated it. She cried about it."

Please remember: When we remind people that “there is NO evidence linking vaccines to autism” without adding “and fear of autism hurts autistics,” then we’re actually contributing to negative stereotypes about autism & autistic people. At TPGA:

This entire thing is a nightmare, but note the police chief states he's not even autistic or disabled, despite receiving SPED services from the school; once again, the argument that only official diagnoses are valid is carrying water for fascists.
Emmanuel, a 15-year-old with intellectual disabilities, wandered away from his mom’s fruit stand in October.

She reported him missing to Houston police. But instead of reuniting them, the city turned him over to ICE.

“They’re failing all of us,” his mom said.

They succeeded at their true goal of course
Difficult to overstate how profound a failure DOGE was. Spending in FY2025 was not only than in FY2024 – but higher than it was projected to be when Trump first took office.*

The little bit of spending DOGE cut has already killed hundreds of thousands and will eventually lead to millions of deaths.
Bye bye, “DOGE”.

It no longer exists as a “centralized entity”, according to the Office of Personnel Management.

themselves but the beauty standard they represent - but this suckkkssssss.

It sucks that fat activists have been making connections between fatphobia, capitalism, racism, sexism, ableism, etc for decades, pointing out how the demonization of fat bodies upholds every other kind of oppression,

It also fucking sucks that so many people on the Left(s) refuse to understand anti-fatness as a system of oppression, and fat liberation as a legitimate anti-oppression movement.

It sucks, because it's all connected, and if you don't see this part, you don't have a clear understanding of the whole.
