Anyone know what's different about Dispatch compared to, say, the Witcher 3 or Cyberpunk on Switch? Both of which also feature knobs and/or nipples at some point in the gameplay.
Sorry Dispatch fans, there's "no possibility" of an uncensored physical version on Switch www.eurogamer.net/sorry-dispat...

Within the space of the past 12-months (less?) there has been a compelling case to remove two peerages - Michelle Mone, and now Mandelson - but no, Westminster would rather keep up this archaic façade than make any meaningful changes to restore (public) trust in the system.
Understand Tories won't create or back a bill to remove Mandelson's peerage. There is unease among politicians in Westminster about the precedent of a government using its large majority to go after individuals, no matter how egregious. But mechanisms should still be there to expel him.

Instead of conferring titles, gongs and baubles and then demanding those titles, gongs and baubles be removed…

…perhaps as a modern, mature polity we should have far fewer titles, gongs and baubles in the first place.

Suspension coming, yeah? Or are we just going to add this to the 118 charges thing?
Manchester City midfielder Rodri claimed it was clear “people” do not want the club to win due to their past successes but that referees must remain “neutral” after taking issue with a decision during Sunday’s draw with Tottenham Hotspur.

The extent to which Labour has doubled down on a transphobia policy that it didn’t run on, and was bounced into by a Supreme Court ruling that woefully misunderstood the intent of the law, is genuinely shocking to me. I know there will be an “I told you so” but I don’t think this was foreseeable.

Listened to a Comfort Blanket podcast I'd, for whatever reason, missed previously - something really joyous about listening to @gralefrit.bsky.social and @athenakugblenu.bsky.social break down Keeping Up Appearances, and what made it work.

God comedy is brilliant.

"I've never been murdered in my own home before," said Stan Besure, 52, "So I figure that I'm beating the system by staying in and watching Mrs Brown's Boys".

Police later confirmed that the call was in fact coming from inside the house.
I mean the headline and preview would not look out of place elsewhere.

Skipping to the end of Andrew's entertaining (if that's the right word) thread about the '20-minute' AI courses, and once again we're just being shown that politicians are among the least qualified people to talk about, and legislate for modern tech.

They're drinking the snake oil at this point.
This government clearly don't really understand the complexity or the danger of the situation. They show no sign of beginning to understand, and every sign of asking the monorail salesman how public transport should work. It's going to be an uphill struggle, but don't leave this to politicians.

The Athletic going same way as so many other subscription services and introducing ads (into its podcasts).

Doubtless a 'pay more to remove ads again' tier will appear in the near future.

Bundled 'European Edition' into Totally Football show feed too.

Small but shitty changes.
