If a position player can top 6 WAR/season for a 7 year stretch (like Utley), they are a slam dunk HOFer in my book. That is top 5 MVP-level play. My gut says only non-PED HOFer to accomplish that is shoeless joe.
Chase Utley is a Hall of Famer, if you don't think so, you are wrong.
