thank you it has been a beautiful journey that i am so proud of. long ago i recognized folks thought my art was a joke, and while one path would be to change myself, i decided to choose self love and make the world come to me. some day i hope my work is seen as a shift in the way we see erotic art

I feel like the last couple decades of "is representation good or not?" discourse missed more important questions of "how fragile is representation?", "what do we do when multiple industries eliminate it as an intentional move against us?" and "how can we sustain queer artists when shit goes south?"

don't act surprised when militants treat american civilians as legitimate targets. the US has been killing entire buildings full of people on the basis that some guy's girlfriend lived there; this is just the first time we see a text screenshot of the vice president immediately replying "excellent".
Not to be a wide-eyed naïf about such things but... am I right in thinking that they levelled an entire building to get to one guy and *that* is not controversial to anyone in the American media or political class, only that this information was recklessly shared in an unsecured chat?
