That Lindsey Halligan will be found never to have been lawfully appointed as a US Attorney is pretty obvious at this point. The less certain question is whether she will be allowed to retain her law license following her serial air headed stunts. bsky.app/profile/empt...

“As dozens of frog species have declined across Central America, scientists have witnessed a remarkable chain of events: With fewer tadpoles to eat mosquito larvae, rates of mosquito-borne malaria in the region have climbed, resulting in a fivefold increase in cases.”
First, the frogs died. Then people got sick.

There is a fire in the area of the Chemical Automation Design Bureau – one of the main centers of Russian rocket engineering, where engines for the "Soyuz", "Proton", and "Angara" rockets are tested.

Man, I gave this guy too much credit. The *only* way a massive decline in the labor supply is deflationary is if they're expecting it to produce a huge demand shock.
"Okay, so bear with me, we'll increase construction costs by driving up the price of labor and materials. But we'll also drive down aggregate demand by reducing GDP growth, thus leading to a net decline in housing prices. Then we'll claim we were right, and it was the dirty immigrants all along."
Fed Governor Stephen Miran: "Cutting down net migration to 0, potentially even negative because of the deportations that have been occurring, I think is very deflationary."
