As a baker, I concur. AP flour is very, very versatile.
I'm not recommending anything, but as a fact, All Purpose Flour is versatile AF. U can make cookies & cakes & breads & throw it onto windshields & in2 eyewear and gear. &, if one were 2 add a bit of water aftr that, say with a water bottle or something, well, it gets really really sticky & annoying.
