Elon posted this yesterday. Just for fun I did it with my before/after cancer PET scans that I had already posted online. In the "before" scan Grok missed the massive tumor lighting up my liver, and in both scans it flagged a non-existent "area of concern" in my chest. Other than that, works great!

IMO, it's that in the US "tech" is mostly a series of financial scams with increasingly dire consequences for labor, the environment and the economic security of normal people. The fascist, antagonistic posture of people in tech doesn't help. Technlogy that solves actual problems is still exciting.
