You need to break this habit of checking your feed the moment you open your eyes in the morning. Nothing good comes of starting your day with high anxiety. Nothing good happened overnight. A broken world won’t mend because you read how it’s broken; it’ll just break you. This has been a note to self.

What is the difference between weather and climate. This #dataviz shows the "Central England" average temperature for periods ranging from 1 day (weather) to 30 years (climate). This shows the climate signal emerging. Note the varying y axis that covers the range of the data.

Not only is borrowing books from the library something you can do, it's something you *should* do. Supporting libraries is good for authors *and* it's good for libraries. Go get a card, walk inside, take out some books, read the books, books are great, libraries are great, life is amazing.
