This is an important story and I'm glad it so clearly makes the point that hospice isn't just a place you go to die, it's also a service delivered out in the community. Hospice nurses are absolute champs at working out what people need and getting it to happen. This system cannot be allowed to fail.

While I don’t have any direct evidence of this, the signs are all there that ManageMyHealth is “rogue” software.
For example, failure to delete old customer data, misconfiguration or non-configuration of important DNS records, lack of enforcement of secure passwords, and API end-point issues.

Another day another MMH failure. Their MFA only allows email or Google/Microsoft auth apps. I use an independent app, which is not supported. Big fail.
