I first met them (by call) when we smelled smoke and they came out.
Turns out a wooden spoon fell out of the basket in the dishwasher and was burning on the heating element.
They were surprised, normally it's a plastic utensil that gets that call.

The 'free' turkey was gotten and is now in the fridge. Other things were purchased, but I was still high on Xanax from the dentist.
One permanent crown is on. The insurance rejected a new crown for the lower tooth that was drilled through. They put in a slightly more permanent filing in there.
