I shouldn’t be surprised, because she’s human, but I really did think Emma Sears was so indefatigable, she could easily go full speed for a solid two hours.

I also think officially engaging bad faith actors over eligibility in a statement like this means the “protect women’s sports” crowd have successfully controlled the conversation. Everyone’s dancing around the underlying problem, except for Sarah Gorden.

Banda’s accolades, while impressive, are not relevant in the face of racist and transphobic attacks. If the league cannot be specific in naming what those "hateful attacks" are, this statement just noise.
