My family has some History with various movements; it was drummed into me from a very young age I am not a front-line activist. This is something I have learned and accepted - and also why I've not taken part in some movements that just see a giant of a person and think I'm gonna be the Muscle.

There were a lot of blues and Motown albums in my house growing up, and when Janet Jackson and Prince were big, that music also came into the house.

I've got a question and I don't mind it circulating wider; is there such a thing as resistance training for neurodiverse people? Because it occurs to me there's a need for it, and a need for it to make sense so neurospicy folks can protect themselves in escalating situations.
