I am a cell biologist who studies protein quality control and proteostasis in the secretory pathway with emphasis on GPI-anchored proteins, p24-family of proteins, calnexin, endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi, and lysosomes.

This Roadmap explores how ERES integrate biochemical and mechanical signals to coordinate trafficking and proposes a multidisciplinary strategy to investigate their function, including in disease.
