ICE is struggling to hire officers — even after lowering its standards
DHS is spending millions of dollars on an aggressive television ad campaign targeting local police officers — but it's not getting nearly enough applicants.

Please don’t be fooled by this.

They are coming for naturalized citizens soon if we don’t stop them now.

If you don’t love your wife anymore, you could just get a divorce; you don’t need to have her deported.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

“An administration official gave away the game to Punchbowl News, admitting that these “de-escalatory measures” are about placating Senate Democrats so they don’t seize this moment to demand restrictions on ICE as part of any government funding package.”

Donald Trump Is Frightened
Trump wants to appear eager to minimize out-of-control clashes between government militias and protesters. But he doesn’t want to stop the things causing those clashes in the first place.

Days after the killing of Renee Good, Stephen Miller and DHS began bragging that ICE agents have immunity from being held accountable.

There's a bill sitting in Congress that would end that immunity - and Democrats could right now use their sudden leverage to force its passage.

Pass it on.
How Dems Could End Immunity For ICE Agents
Steven Miller and DHS are bragging that ICE agents have immunity. Democratic senators could change that by conditioning their votes on passage of a bill already in Congress.

I think Ds should ask for the firing of RFK in the budget negotiations. It's a big, easily understandable ask, which would massively benefit the American ppl, and I think it would split the gop, many of whom want rfk gone anyway. www.everythingishorrible.net/p/demand-the...

Close the ICE death camps!
NEW: A Texas county medical examiner found that Geraldo Lunas Campos was choked to death by a guard while he was held in ICE custody earlier this month.

Geraldo is the sixth person to die in ICE detention this year.

A big part of the story here is that women like Renee Good are braver and stronger than they could have ever imagined and that just doesn't fit with what MAGA men tell themselves about how gender works. It just does not compute.

We definitely don't hate Elon Musk enough. I'm serious. There are, at most, two or three people more responsible for the current state of the world than that man. He should be persona non grata everywhere. Instead we pretend he's some kind of strange genius. He sucks.

Keep pushing
if Rosen is calling for Noem to be impeached the Dem caucus is PISSED, the NV Senators are moderate and not big on picking fights with the admin in a purple state that’s getting redder

we’ve had to drag the Dems kicking and screaming at times but they’re moving
Sen. Jacky Rosen is calling for the impeachment of Kristi Noem.

"Kristi Noem and her department's latest attempt to mislead the American public regarding the brutal and unjustified killing of Alex Pretti is deeply shameful, and she must be impeached and removed from office immediately."

🤔 I dunno. Maybe ask Kyle Rittenhouse.
“Why would you bring a gun to a protest?”

Pal, there are people who bring AR’s to the grocery store and you’re totally cool with that so maybe sit this one out.

@fetterman.senate.gov

It is possible to stand up for American citizens. Please do it.
Federal agents cannot murder people in broad daylight and face zero consequences.

I will NOT support the DHS bill as it stands.

The DHS bill needs to be split off from the larger funding package before the Senate—Republicans must work with us to do that.

I’ll keep fighting to rein in DHS and ICE.

Is America ready to give up something to get something?

You had your Christmas are you able to give up your spring break and your summer vacations? Are you able to say no to the corporations and stop spending on anything but your absolute necessities.

All those people downtown yesterday, no ICE involvement, and not one incident. ICE shows up in a neighborhood and now another Minnesotan is dead. It's pretty obvious who the violent outside agitators are.

On the execution in Minnesota: Obviously, the individuals involved should be held accountable. But responsibility goes to the top of ICE and CBP, and DHS. Their appropriations come up next week in the senate. Not a cent for DHS without pulling ICE and CBP off the streets, in MN and everywhere else.

I just watched the shooting video. It's a horrific beating and execution in the middle of the street.

If local and state officials don't move to arrest everyone involved for murder, they need to resign. Making arrests will de-escalate the situation. Do nothing and this is going to explode.

You need to stop this. You have the power to speak and act against this.
Silence = complicity

Defund ICE; they are murdering us!
I'd only add, if you vote to fund ICE, there's no denying that's the mission you're supporting now. You're also complicit
ICE has now carried out two summary executions of innocent people in the streets of an American city.

If you work for ICE, there's no denying that's the mission you're supporting now. You don't get to claim in one year or ten or twenty that you didn't know what ICE was doing. You're complicit.

They literally pay taxes for services they can't draw from.

Do you think undocumented immigrants have some "get out of sales tax free" card? Do you think they're exempt from property taxes? Do you think they don't have income and payroll taxes withheld from pay?

If you think that, you're wrong.
January 24, 2026 at 1:49 PM
Florida and Texas have many more undocumented persons, but Minnesota has Ilhan Omar and Tim Walz.
There are VERY FEW undocumented people in Minnesota. A much lower rate than in a lot of the country. They’re not here for undocumented people, they’re here to terrorize the broader population, especially any minority.
