So rather than defund/abolish ICE, your ONLY ask is for ICE to replicate and align with the typical oppressive structures and tactics of policing in exchange for billions of dollars more? You have no issues with racism, lack of accountability, or militarization as long as they follow the protocol.
Our DHS reform demands are exceedingly reasonable.
We're asking ICE to do nothing more than follow the standards that the vast majority of law enforcement agencies already follow.
