Chris Rea's 'The Road to Hell' album was one of the tapes that my Dad played constantly on long car journeys.
Being a kid with an overactive imagination the title song used to kind of terrify me. It was the bleak, dystopian lyrics that did it.

So the Trump against the BBC is basically that he takes issue with a 12 second edit that makes it looks like he encouraged & supported a violent insurrection that he definitely encouraged/supported/wanted his VP hanged at....oh & later pardoned everyone imprisoned over it.

My Dad's been stuck in hospital for three weeks waiting for a heart op.
Today they told him he might have to wait another week.
He's well enough to wait for the op at home but he has to stay in bcse otherwise he'll lose his place in the queue.
But staying in is making his health worse.
