"40 per cent of American women aged 15 to 44 report they would permanently leave the United States given the opportunity"

Yowzers. Almost like young women *aren't* interested in partaking in MAGA's Handmaid's Tale white supremacist wet dream.

AGAIN, it is *women* showing strength here, not men.
Poll shows more young women want to leave U.S. — their top destination is Canada
A record number of younger American women now say they want to leave the United States — and their most common destination of choice is Canada.

It is not obvious if this is satire or not, and that is very bad for the "paper of record".

(It IS indeed satire)

Trump approvals down 0.2 points this week. AWESOME! Maybe in another 10 years "Americans" collectively will actually GAF that they have a child-raping malignant narcissistic dementia patient as a president.

I mean, probably not, but "dare to dream" and all that.

It's great that we're building stuff, but surely we can also build beyond just resource extraction. Even an oil refinery would help us sell higher value product (including to ourselves).

What about CLT wood products? Tech/innovation hubs? New science labs? Medical research centres? Battery plants?

I want to shout this from the rooftops! Yeah, our GDP growth is lower than the USA, but part of the reason for that is we *haven't* funded our economy with immense debt.

Only 🇨🇦 and 🇩🇪 have the highest credit rating in the G7, because we aren't profligate.
Many Canadian economists worry about our real GDP growth relative to the US counterpart over the last decade (often in per capita terms) while also worrying about Canada's federal deficits being too big. But you cannot have your cake and eat it too. Huge US deficits have been hugely stimulative.

Michael Wolff suggests in an email (in 2015) that if Trump were to say in public that he had never been to Epstein’s house or on his plane, Epstein would have leverage over him.

Which…means that Trump was at his house and on his plane and that Epstein had the receipts to prove it. So.
