In situations where move announced years in advance I wonder why jurisdiction being abandoned, in this case Missouri, doesn't respond in meantime w 100 percent tax on ticket sales, in-stadium ads, concessions, parking. If team can gouge Kansas to move in why can't Missouri gouge team until move out?
