I don't smoke. I don't advise others to smoke. It's terrible at every level. I don't care for smoking near me. But once in awhile I see someone smoking and am like "still looks way cooler than vaping."

One thing I noticed was this is first gym I’ve been at where I’m not self-conscious about making noise when I work out. That alone, I think, has helped me level up my results.

New gym is smaller, non-profit, people introduce themselves by name, diverse by race, gender, age.
