I’ve got a regular #running route with substantial elevation gain. Normally I run it clockwise which means steep start with the gain in first 25 percent and rest gradual downhill to flat. Today ran it opposite w 75 percent gradual uphill and steep down finish. Def upped degree of difficulty.
