Some Democrats hate that their party is largely positioning itself in opposition to the operation that resulted in Maduro's capture.

Said another: "It looks weak." www.axios.com/2026/01/04/m...

There was a drunk lassie in the chippy earlier crying about Maduro and as she left she said "I can't believe they've done this he was only inaugurated the other day" and I can only conclude that she has Maduro confused with Mamdani???? Fuckin hell hen.

the reason people sometimes act madder at democrats than republicans when republicans do impossibly evil shit is the same reason why, if you hired an exterminator to handle a roach infestation and he showed up to feed and play with them instead, your first instinct wouldn’t be to yell at the roaches

My “I’m unwilling to say this is illegal aggression and impeachable conduct” t-shirt is raising many questions about the stability of the region and our policy toward South America already hinted at by my t-shirt.
President Trump’s actions today with Venezuela raise more questions than answers. Is America going to be involved in running and stabilizing Venezuela? Today's actions raise many questions about the stability of the region and our policy towards South America.

Can’t wait to do Cuban Missile Crisis 2 when the EU decides to position nukes in Greenland.
These freaks want territorial expansion and they know Trump will do everything he can to deliver.

This isn’t just a tweet from some random asshole either. This is Stephen Miller’s wife. Miller was in the room with Trump during the kidnapping of Maduro.

When “Blood for Oil 2” fails spectacularly by 2027, the only path forward will be for the U.S. to invade and occupy the Sun.
one of the dumbest parts of this is the idea that oil producers actually want their holdings in venezeula back, which they do not. it’s a war for oil no one really wants.

“Rule of law for thee, but not for me” has been a bipartisan political project of U.S. elites for centuries, so it’s right and proper that we ended up here. Nothing will change unless the system changes; and the system doesn’t want to change.

The first step to curing any of this would be to have a free press that would ask the Democrats: 1) Was this legal, why or why not? and 2) If it was illegal what are you doing about it? But we don’t have that so most Democrats can duck the question and issue mealy-mouthed “Maduro bad” statements.*
