Saw the news that 「すいみん不足」 (one of the opening songs from 「キテレツ大百科」 that I used to watch on TV as a child) is getting released as analog records along with 「お料理行進曲」 & thought that 「すいみん不足」 is probably the most cheerful song I've heard about sleep deprivation.

Just a reminder that evidence shows that in-person socialising of kids is only 10 minutes per day less today than it was 25 years ago. Social media use largely comes out of kids' solitary time, not as an alternative to traditional socialising.
