Ed would *surprise-build* this for Stede as a kind of RV/mobile home monstrosity before they take off on an absolutely wild road trip. Everyone they know thinks it’s a terrible idea and tells Ed not to do it, but Stede *loves* it.

They get arrested at least twice. They regret nothing.

The Nazis existed for 12 years
Pinochet 17
Over a decade of modern technologically enhanced fascism is a death sentence for billions not counting those killed directly by the fascists in their quest for world domination.
The Third Reich didn't last 1,000 years.

Pinochet was ousted with a referendum.

And the US isn't exactly dealing with the smartest, most competent fascists.

Those of you insisting that 2025 is forever need to read a book, touch grass, go to therapy, anything other than trying to make others quit.

Yes. They do appear to be fully disappearing people. Unfortunately this is a beginning phase for the horrors of American fascisms next phase as they open up the floodgates on anyone they deem a threat to the consolidation of power and the new state or its end goals.

I’ve heard that you were starving for more Good Omens crumbs, so here is Louis Ralph’s concept art for the 15th century papal minisode (tragically cut from Good Omens 2 due to Covid) featuring bishop Crowley, lay Aziraphale, and a miracle at a witch burning in Vatican:

This is so important.

It’s easy to mistake their threats about ending and persecuting liberal orgs as a sign of strength, when it’s anything but.

Their current actions are a sign of the weakness, stress, and strain afflicting their movement and their political efforts.

Nothing is inevitable.
Do not assume that everything they set out to do is inevitable. They have been successfully fought on multiple fronts, from courtroom wins that have actually stuck to city and state governments that haven't backed down, to activists in the streets organizing against their violence.

What the Debate Me bros have done is found a way to filibuster the self-evident humanity of a person or group by making it an endless topic of debate.

As Toni said: "None of this is necessary. There will always be one more thing."

It's not my job to prove my equality to those who think me inferior
The NCGOP will lie right to your face and say they believe in equal rights while actively undermining basic civil rights. Debating them is like playing make-believe. #ncpol

Should be noted that "You're taking him out of context" is how Peterson used to be defended which didn't really last long because it became abundantly clear he believed everything he said and was using obfuscation to avoid criticism
This all changes so so rapidly, but as of 6:30 PM on Sunday night, the argument appears to be “every bad quote of Charlie Kirk’s has been taken out of context, and with thoughtful critical analysis you’ll see there’s nothing wrong with them, but if you posted them online, you should lose your job”
