Ok so its one of those dept of health posters you find in bathrooms. It’s my party and I’ll chuck a bunch of shit into grapefruit halves if I want to. Coincidentally, ‘Grapefruit Nutcase’ is also how you would describe anyone who contributed recipes for this book.
An assortment of alleged party food. Obviously it’s grapefruit halves topped with the kind of things only someone suffering from severe concussion would think were a good idea eg: walnuts, ginger, prawns, fritters and ham salad. Grapefruit Nutcase. Half a grapefruit filled with walnuts, glacé cherries and despair.
