I’m doing Mozart’s La Clemenza di Tito with a wonderfully talented group of people. It’s got themes of friendship, politics, and the struggle of a compassionate nature when confronted with betrayal. It’s got a wonderful cast of singer-actors who are bringing rich insights to their roles. Come see!

I’m asking everyone to vote for a new Mayor by Tuesday and rank all 3 of Omar Fateh, Dewayne Davis, and Jazz Hampton in whichever order you prefer. I’ve worked at City Hall for the last 4 years and from my personal experiences I believe the City desperately needs a new mayor.

We’re getting close to election day in Minneapolis, and I’ve figured out who I plan to vote for. I endorse Dr. DeWayne Davis and Sen. Omar Fateh. I also plan to rank Jazz Hampton.

Heyyy @governorwalz.mn.gov can we get this moving at a Minnesota level already? We’re a net loser of federal funding anyway. We can start paying again when Constitutional government is restored.
there’s quite literally no purpose in continuing to pay taxes if they’re going to weaponize them against a majority of people paying them like this
NEW: White House announces it's going to pause, and potentially cancel, $11 billion in infrastructure funding (via the Army Corps of Engineers), specifically citing cities, like New York, represented or led by Democrats. More to come.

I went for a short walk this evening - the hottest October 3 in recorded history in my city - and found humans of all ages and colors at play, in kickball games, on bikes, on playgrounds.
