This is horrifying. A baby hit by pepper spray. And it is one of so many horrifying stories of people being hurt by Trump’s authoritarian tactics going after immigrants or people they think look like immigrant. It needs to stop. We need to keep fighting it.

We’re getting close to election day in Minneapolis, and I’ve figured out who I plan to vote for. I endorse Dr. DeWayne Davis and Sen. Omar Fateh. I also plan to rank Jazz Hampton.

I’ve seen too many describe what Brian Kilmeade’s says with the word ‘euthanize.’ No. What he is describing is murder. He is talking about murdering many innocent people. It is another sign of how dangerous our political times are that this man is a host of show on a major tv network.

Oh Minneapolis… my heart breaks for the victims and families who lost children, for those injured and their loved ones, and for our shattered community. We all deserve so much better than living with this violence in our lives and communities.

Hey Minnesota folks... anyone have a sense of how long a Real ID is taking to get sent out in our state? it's been 10 weeks since I did my paperwork, and I have some travel getting close. So, I'm getting a little nervous. Also, if you know how to check on timing, let me know!

Currently sitting on a bus headed to work. Driver greeted me nicely. Fellow passengers are a bunch of people who also seem to be heading to work. Maybe a little bleary-eyed because it’s pretty early. Definitely a good crew to be hanging with for awhile this morning.

This is a photo of the good senator and his constituent, Kilmar Abrego Garcia. He prevailed against two authoritarian regimes to connect. I hope against hope that Mr. Garcia is flying home for Easter.
