I realize that a quick glance at my profile may suggest I might be a bot. I'm not, I've just become even worse at interacting with humans than I was in 2010. I still read a lot, and if you know me from Dreamwidth I read over there too.

You can't just refuse to comply with a GJ subpoena. That's called contempt. You can file a motion to quash, but traditionally that's on the user not the platform to do.
Note that platforms are generally not REQUIRED to notify you either.
