Russians are trying to rewrite history on Wikipedia. Because it's the #1 source of training data for AI systems, it can also be used to "poison" platforms like ChatGPT and Claude AI.
25 years after its launch, Wikipedia remains hugely influential. Its open editing model now faces coordinated "edit wars", where Kremlin-aligned actors rewrite history and cement distorted narratives on one of the world’s most trusted reference platforms.

Remember the 5 minutes when peeps were like “today is the day potus becomes president and he’s going to save the protesters in Iran” but then he was like “thank you for shooting the prisoners instead of hanging them” and all the gulf princeling bros stopped worrying about a better Middle East again
The protests in Iran are largely over, crushed by the heavy hand of the government, but the retribution is just beginning. The authorities are making mass arrests, seizing assets and hunting down doctors who treated protesters.
‘It’s Collective Punishment’: Iran Exacts Heavy Price on Protest Supporters
The authorities are making mass arrests, seizing assets and hunting down doctors who treated protesters. Some Iranians keep showing defiance anyway.

I am a Ukrainian Nobel Peace Prize Laureate. I have a question.

Why has Trump's year of negotiations been the deadliest for civilians in Ukraine since the full-scale invasion? The number of deaths and injuries has increased by 31 percent compared to the previous year.

A daily reminder that while there’s headline talk of “peace,” Russia continues its war against all Ukrainian civilians & their systems of resilience and survival, because the goal of the full-scale invasion has always been the annihilation of Ukraine as a nation, culture, language, and history
Russia attacked Ukrainian rescuers in the Zaporizhzhia and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts, damaging firefighting equipment, according to the State Emergency Service. No casualties were reported.

In the Synelnykove district of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, rescuers were attacked while extinguishing a fire.

A good thing happened today: Haitians in Springfield, Ohio and elsewhere are (for now) safe from the planned ethnic cleansing operation. This happened because people came together — organizers, reporters, and those who care — and made it happen. Let’s take the win and continue the work.

Ordering regulators to suddenly declare a certain countries products unsafe and decertify them for import is EXACTLY how Putin responded to European sanctions after Crimea in 2014.

Just had Rosselkhoznadzor declare EU ag unsafe and ban it.

By holding back the enemy advance, they bought crucial time for the Ukrainian People's Republic to sign the Peace of Brest and secure intl recognition.

It is not a war for Donbas. It is a war to destroy Ukraine as a state,
