Empty demands, unbacked by pressure, do not deter colonial revanchism. They invite, incentivize, and assure it.
If 🇺🇦 were to offer preemptive concessions, it would derail peace negotiations. Only the willfully blind wouldn't see that yielding to a violent aggressor, is a path to a larger war.

Russia war crimes happen on a regular, if not systematic basis, under occupation & in the combat zone, against civilians & soldiers alike.

The European Commission has successfully relocated a full thermal power plant from Lithuania to Ukraine. The operation took 11m+.
The equipment helps complete emergency repairs in several parts of the country where energy infrastructure was severely damaged.
