I look atrocious as a blonde.
And my hair Hates bleach. It goes all spongy and soft, regardless of how low the lift is.
But I really want* dye my hair!

I thought reducing my wardrobe would help with morning-dressing decision paralysis. It does. But then you get weeks like this one where it's been so warm, the only clean clothes left are sweaters and turtlenecks

If it's being held for me, they can see it's not gonna be a standard door hold and they can go in guiltless

When you hold the door open for someone because they’re *just* close enough to where it is kinda rude to let it go, but now they need to jog because they’re also *just* too far away to keep walking their normal pace without looking ungrateful ><><>>><<<>> 😂

There's a truly creepy amount of ads for a rather startling number of anti-depressants on tv lately. Not sure if it's the free ota channel I usually watch or the general zeitgeist but whew!

When did I internalize that potatoes have preparations that are meal-specific?
Why am I perfectly comfortable with fried potatoes at any meal, but baked or roasted are strictly a dinner side dish?
And, more importantly, how do I overcome feeling ooogyick about making a baked potato and pancakes???

I keep a Fowler's Phrenology Model head as a reminder that all our settled science, never is. We will always need to ability to say, Yes, we used to think so, but that's wrong, according to current evidence. And act accordingly!!
I see lots of apps and pop "science" socmed trends about this too: face shape/body shape/limb length etc can tell you something about the person. It's not cute or a curious game or quiz (as it's often presented), it's normalizing race science and eugenic thinking. It's all been debunked, stop it

So I had a stress dream about it while taking a short afternoon nap!, of all times, and have decided that we need to ticket our events. Now, i just gotta convince the Chef and the GM
