At some point, I wonder when this becomes a fatal quality-of-use issue for the platform.
Maybe never. But a lot of us are here because we disliked the earlier version of this on X. And a lot of us have cut back on Facebook use because it’s swamped real-life connections with ads and rage bait.

13k comments on one tweet is a massive payout. All of the tweets follow a certain formula, so the content is likely automated using AI technology (e.g., AI generated images and text). Basically running it as a money printing machine. But for those in the US, it translates to low simmering rage.

We gave out candy and a couple of kid-appropriate comic books this year and the comics were a big hit!

Just for giggles, I wrote my MAGA congressman asking him to explain why he's fighting the ACA subsidies that make healthcare possible for me. Instead of his usual Trumpy bullshit, his response was "I'm hearing a lot of this, I'll get back to you." Hmmm. Maybe they are getting worried?

They are asking for $2300/month for a plan that has a deductible over $6000!!!!
For those who do not understand American healthcare (hahaha cry) you have to pay $27,600 per year and then on top of that you have to pay over $6000 out of pocket before it actually covers stuff.

Just receieved this today from Florida Blue. This is for a Bronze plan. Our monthly premiums are going from $333 (2025) to $2300 in 2026.
