In watching Keith Olbermann ill-advisedly trying to post through it, I saw a post saying that he dated Kyrsten Sinema.

AZ politicos, is this true?

DHS confirmed it has stopped automatically storing officials' text messages.

Instead, officials are supposed to take a screenshot, send that to their work email, download it onto their work computer and run a text-recognition program on it. Every time.

You’ll note the title of this case is Gould v. Mayes. As in Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes. But if you only read Marc’s post you’d think that the AG’s office had nothing to do with this victory. Congratulations to my colleagues on another win.
🚨BREAKING: Arizona Court of Appeals AFFIRMS dismissal of a lawsuit by Mohave County Supervisor Ron Gould seeking to force full hand counts. Court holds that Gould lacked standing.

Another big victory for my law firm, its clients and the voters of Arizona. www.democracydocket.com/cases/arizon...

On the regular, judges (trial and appellate) allow lawyers more time than originally allotted. I can’t fathom ever interrupting OC to complain about it. Has this lawyer ever been in court before?
Govt attorney just interrupted to say that Loevy is out of time and Ellis is MAD

- 15-20% less people turn up in mid-terms, so turn the fuck up.

- The margin in many races is really a lot smaller than you think, so turn the fuck up.

Remember this next year! Turn the fuck up!

Don't freak out when the first trickle of results come in. The first results are almost always super Republican. They're from areas with smaller populations.
