In 2010-11 (when Olbermann says they dated) she was a member of the AZ House. By then it was already apparent to her engaged constituents (me included) that she was not the great progressive hope she made herself out to be.

Is there a different statute not shown that addresses brandishing a firearm? Because the described conduct seems to fall outside the statute in the screenshot.
