I’m pretty sure that flaming chicken belonged to the city before its namesake crappy online university even existed. But honestly, the school’s logo is marginally better.

This is not quite right. AZ has required documentary proof of lawful presence since July 1996. In 2000, MVD started denominating licenses issued to non-citizens as F-type. But Prop 200 says an AZDL no. issued after 10/1/96 is satisfactory evidence of citizenship.
