It took myself and @lesleyryder.bsky.social doing a lot of FOIAs, but we finally have a look at how many reports of toxic environment + other complaints the NWSL is getting.
Records show they got 43 complaints last year, five by July 31 of this year.

Is the NWSL ever going to step up to protect its athletes??? This is creating an incredibly dangerous work environment for players, especially for Barbra Banda. Begging the league to do absolutely anything to combat this transphobic, racist rhetoric that is actively threatening the players’ safety.
