Obama put a medal on this Nazi AFTER he started calling for families to be separated by ICE.
Homan: "I begged for the last two months on TV for the rhetoric to stop. I said in March -- if the rhetoric doesn't stop, there is gonna be bloodshed. And there has been. I wish I wasn't right. I don't want to see anybody die."

I really don’t know what to do about people who still love Barack Obama. I don’t even have a comparison for how bleak that is man. Get over it he sucks shit

listen everybody has to work and it’s no different in a dying film industry BUT the idea that a Bret Rattner documentary about Melania Trump could STILL be a feather in your cap until things got a lil too grim is pretty funny
Amazon’s MGM studios spent tens of millions, but the documentary is projected to make just $1M in its first week.

This comes as a new report from Rolling Stone details serious labor issues and two-thirds of the film’s staff requesting not to be credited at the end of the film. trib.al/Clr03cD

When ICE detainees are released from Whipple, they basically just get plonked on the street, with none of their stuff, in the middle of winter in Minnesota. This mutual aid org gets them transportation & supplies immediately after release. I just donated and I hope you will too:

Alex Pretti's gun is like Renee Good's car: irrelevant to the central fact that they were murdered by ICE. ICE wants us to debate whether Pretti should have been carrying because that avoids the central fact. Pro-carry, anti-carry--that has as much to do w/ his murder as his fashion choices. Zero.

shut da fuck up
The killing of Alex Pretti is a heartbreaking tragedy. It should also be a wake-up call to every American, regardless of party, that many of our core values as a nation are increasingly under assault.

many are quick to ascribe “cowardice” to what is purely “opportunism” the people you’re referring to as cowards simply do not care or think about anything in the way that you do

The people of Minneapolis have a right to protect themselves if their leaders won't. If what comes next doesn't fit your definition of "the right way to protest" I invite you to can it and instead direct that anger towards the leaders who had two weeks to do anything, to arrest ANYONE, and didn't

With most psychedelic drugs, you never know what you're going to get. But this mysterious mushroom from China - without fail - causes users to hallucinate tiny people: crawling up walls, popping out from under furniture and marching under doors. www.bbc.com/future/artic...

Only recently described by science, the mysterious mushrooms are found in different parts of the world, but they give people the same exact visions.

The Dem chatter on affordability might resonate more if they hadn't spent the last three fucking decades rubber stamping shitty mergers, appointing feckless careerists to key regulatory positions, and, with occasional exception (Khan/Porter) being unwilling to challenge consolidated corporate power
I get why prominent Dems largely want to frontload talking about affordability, I do, but what’s the plan to hit the prices go down button; nobody can seem to find it
