- End qualified immunity
- Rewrite use-of-force so this crap isn't ruled “within policy”
- Overturn July 8 mandatory detention memo
- Reinstate TPS
- Open up detention centers, enforce humane conditions

2. Enforce accountability & unified code of conduct for agents

There are *already* standards on much of this.

What's particularly funny about describing Minneapolis like this is that it's in these "oh no, Iraq anti-US government insurgency tactics brought here!" tones and they never make the connection that maybe the "insurgents" in Iraq were also just local communities resisting a military occupation?
