Running for office is exhausting—but the real toll is emotional. I show up for every forum, every community, while others spread fear and hate. Atlanta raised me. I’m running on hope, ethics, and bold ideas. Let’s vote for the city we deserve. 🗳️❤️ #VoteRohit

Man, this guy really needed a challenger for Mayor. Embarrassing.
Wow. The Mayor of Atlanta's communications office sure knows how to do some off-the-rails ad hominem attack on Linked-In. Absolutely devoid of substantive response. (See reponse below)

The mayor's TAD-grab PR team accuses Dan Immergluck, who critiqued their plan, of misinformation!
Well, hit dogs will holler. And every accusation is a confession.
Facts:
Extending the TADs will increase taxes to make up for the diversion of revenue.
TADs are unaccountable slush funds.
Next!

I've argued against a 25-year extension of all the (already) 20+year-old tax increment financing districts (TADs) in Atlanta. Someone sent me an email from "Atlantans for Safety" arguing against my explanation for why extending the TADs is a bad idea. Their email & my responses are (next)...

this is not an anti-displacement housing policy, it is about defunding schools. Especially for Fulton County.

Voting against the exemptions, but I'm pessimistic.

These are the lowest cost insurance options for a 62 year old Georgian making $65k.

2025: $228
2026: $1142

She will lose $704/month in credits because of GOP cuts to health care.

This is a crisis. We cannot wait to fix this.

Which had the bigger collapse in 2025? Supreme Court credibility or the NY Mets?
“Is it that the Chief Justice doesn’t accept that the Court is losing credibility on a daily basis; that he thinks the Court doesn’t need that credibility in order to fulfill its intended role in our constitutional system; or that he doesn’t care?”

Me on John Roberts as his Court turns 20 today:
180. The Roberts Court Turns 20
The Supreme Court is much less popular and much more divisive today than it was when John Roberts was sworn in as the 17th Chief Justice on September 29, 2005. And at least much of that is his fault.

As a Philly fan, I don't believe there's anything cuter than happy Mets fans in April! We call that foreshadowing

Something has finally gotten the full focus of the Dickens administration.

Is it transit? Water pipes? Metal plates on roads? Zoning? Crime?

No of course not, it's preferential contract rules for the airport. The Atlanta Way.

Not really an overstatement to say that the test of a free society is whether or not comedians can make fun of the country's leader on TV without repurcussions.

A free and democratic society cannot silence comedians because the President doesn’t like what they say.

This is an attack on free speech and cannot be allowed to stand.

All elected officials need to speak up and push back on this undemocratic act.
