Everyone knows data centers use a ton of water.

What hardly anyone knows: they can poison the water that remains.

And in eastern Oregon, Amazon is doing exactly that.
AI’s water problem is worse than we thought

DOGE is dead- and - thanks to cutting USAID so are some 600,000 of the world’s poorest people- mostly children. Also about a thousand Americans have lost their jobs

DOGE has dismantled most of our government departments- and stolen all our personal information

Just realized I can add bourbon to my Mom's no-bake cookies recipe. She probably wouldn't approve but I can't resist. Maybe another batch for Christmas?

Hey, I'm getting the hell out of Phoenix soon, back to my beloved Pacific Northwest. Selling off as much as possible before the move.

I've got a bunch of CHEW stuff for sale on ebay. I rarely do (American) shows anymore, so here's a chance for signed stuff.

Hi guys I’m trying to plan for my 2026 schedule and would like to say I’m open for cover work if any editors or writers are looking.

My clientele includes DC, BOOM!, IDW, Titan and Vault Comics. I work best on horror, fantasy and pin up covers.

I've been missing my Mom lately and decided to make the no-bake cookies she brought every Thanksgiving. It's been two years since we lost her and a couple more years since she was able to make them. Everyone seems to have a recipe for them so they're not special. Except to me.

This is absolutely disgusting, and Americans deserve better than this cowardly, chaos-driven clown show. (2/2)

Just so we’re ALL clear: the President of the United States made death threats toward sitting Democratic members of Congress.

But they’re always claiming Democrats are the dangerous ones, right?

Regarding Trump's posts calling for Dems to be murdered (for pointing out a legal right no less) funny the same people bleating about Charlie Kirk 3 months ago and "turning down the violent rhetoric" are suddenly silent on the president calling for violence against his political enemies.

Eye surgery went well. I'm very grateful but a little miffed that they told me I'd be knocked out for the surgery and then didn't. It ended up being a breeze but the 30 minutes leading up to it were pretty anxious. All good though. No more hazy vision! And I know what to expect next time.

I’ve thrown some money in here, and I’ll be passing through Portland next month and will be buying a lot, like a LOT a lot, of books from them. A really great, thoughtful store, which I’d like to see stick around for a long time to come.
Books with Pictures (@bkswpicspdx.bsky.social) in Portland, Oregon is a GREAT comic shop, and its owner in @omgkatiep.bsky.social is one of the best. The shop is going through a hard time right now, and if you want to help BwP out, they opened a GoFundMe to help do just that.

Go with the flow, we'll see where it takes me as I sleaze my self back into work-mode. PS: Delivered not one but two collaborative Blu-ray/4K bonus features last week, too.
