apparently a company called Archon Studios was founded & named that specifically bcz the guys who started it wanted to make starcraft tabletop games, pitching to blizz for years while making other stuff and now their dream is a reality.

If someone tries to hire you and doesn't have a style guide document, that is a warning sign that they are either unprepared to be outsourcing or they simply don't value consistency.
These are two reminders to people hiring writers/game devs for ttrpgs:
+ If your freelancer doesn't have a lot of material or guidance from you, you're going to end up unhappy with their work - and that's on you.
+ Expecting full scenario/adventure drafts in less than a month is unrealistic.
