Early last year I approached Rep Gimenez with an offer to work together to protect immigrants in his district & mine. He rudely told me he had his own strategy & walked off.
Apparently his strategy was to do nothing for over a year to actually stop this.

I think you should read more about the civil rights movement if you think “people getting killed” rules out civil disobedience as a tactic!
The point of civil disobedience is to get yourself arrested not killed. When the government starts killing people for civil disobedience you start getting a low level rebellion/civil war.

Guerrilla cells are not very big. If you want your movement to include more than 15 dudes - and you should, since massive public support is our greatest advantage - all those efforts to make things secret and anonymous just greatly impede the job of growing the movement.

Maybe more than anything else - even the killings - the harassment of schools has radicalized me against this agency. Within hours of Renee Good’s murder, Border Patrol was tear gassing Minneapolis schools. They seem fixated on lurking around the schools. It’s beyond comprehension.
