I live in a swing district in ATL suburbs. I find solace in TV and romance. Bones was a seminal show for me in the streaming/social era.

I have read a lot of pieces about this by people I respect and I do understand what the show is trying to do, and also I think maybe the target audience can't be authors of queer romantasy who are tired of people assuming that we secretly hate our work and trunked our Real Good Novel in favor of $$$
In Pluribus, the unhappiest woman in the world is a romantasy author. @gavia.bsky.social discusses how the sexy pirates in Carol Sturka's Bloodsong of Wycaro shape her experiences with art and sexuality against an alien hivemind.

ROUND AND ROUND is, in my opinion, best movie Hallmark has ever made. And I'm far from alone in that view. It's got 7.1 rating on IMDb and 3.4 Letterboxd avg—both solid numbers, especially for Hallmark fare

And, yet, Hallmark showing ROUND AND ROUND just 3 times all season, all in overnight hours 🤬

This a bummer. But also a lot of it was dependent on Lyonne’s shrugging charisma. I do like Dinklage, I guess I’d be curious how the character is shaped

Should the show land at another outlet, Dinklage would take over the role of Charlie from Natasha Lyonne.

This is... confusing. But also just a bummer, because even if Johnson manages to pull this off, I'll miss Lyonne as Charlie so much.
