UPDATE: After a years-long federal corruption case, including a trial where Robin Smith rolled on Casada & Cothren and they were found guilty… none of the 3 Republicans will do any time.

The lesson of January 6th is that it does absolutely no good to prosecute the the violent foot soldiers if you're not going to prosecute the leaders and hold them accountable for their sedition under the full force of the law.
