It's so versatile! I recently had some baked vegan dessert with amazing custard cream style filling which actually used soft tofu as the main ingredient.

Care about the space you work in and donโt just put up with bad chairs and tables if you can. You donโt need to spend a lot but youโre going to be putting hundreds if not thousands of hours into work space over the years. Care about your posture and get up and walk around mutable times a day.
